She was born and raised in Upstate, New York but is a beach lover at heart. Her favorite part about working at See Arch is seeing the high quality work produced for clients and how intentional living spaces impact the quality of life for their occupants.

Cornelia Sterl

Cornelia Sterl

Growing up near Leipzig, Germany, in a family of carpenters, Cornelia was strongly influenced by her proximity to the origins of the Bauhaus movement, with its combination of craft and fine arts. She intuitively developed a fundamental belief in the interplay between aesthetics and functionality, placing an equal amount of importance on both throughout her studies.

Practicing architecture and interior design as an integral part of each other, Cornelia spent several years based in California developing high-end residential and hospitality projects. Prior to establishing her own studio, Cornelia worked alongside Nicoletta Canesi, leading studio Lissoni Associati's New York office on several high-profile projects.

With such valuable design experience, See Arch looks forward to every opportunity to work with Cornelia in creating stunning spaces.
