When a conscientious developer reached out to us to help with a multifamily rehabilitation project in rural Sonoma County, we jumped at the opportunity.

 

With three residences, a barn and a number of acres of agricultural land to re-furbish, work involved a variety of development phases. Two homes were permitted and made rental-ready asap while a barn conversion to ADU was studied alongside rehab on the largest home on the property.
