We look forward to supporting this position through mentorship, licensing incentives and consistent project guidance.

See Arch takes great pride in its workplace culture and commitment to putting people first, both its clients and its team.  We offer an optional four-day work week, flexible work schedules and locations, along with regular in-office continuing education and cultural events. • Create, curate and enhance design presentations.

  • Develop permit and construction documents under the guidance of our senior staff.

  • Manage 3D and 2D work in both Revit and Sketchup.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in an architectural firm.

  • Excellent client-facing communication skills.

  • Experience or comfort coordinating consultant work.

  • Interest in working collaboratively and partially-remotely with our small team.

  • Self-initiated organization and management skills.

  • Revit & Sketchup knowledge.

Above and Beyond Requirements and Perks:

  • ArchiCAD or other BIM experience is an asset.

  • Ability to work comfortably in google-suite apps.

  • Located locally in the Bay Area for in office work and out of office gatherings.

  • Technical experience in single-family, small multi-family residential, commercial and community projects. Experience with California jurisdictions is an asset.

  • See Arch will support the pursuit of your architectural license if this applies to you.

  • See Arch offers a flexible, four day work week and is committed to maintaining a sustainable work- life balance for its team.

  • See Arch offers full-time benefits starting at 25+ hours/ week. Team members may suggest their preferred weekly hours as we don’t adhere to a strict 40hr work week.

    • You have fantastic interpersonal skills, a collaborative attitude and are excited to fill a critical role in our emerging studio.

    • You are committed to quality in all tasks integral to projects and professional service.

    • You are detail-oriented, with the ability to stay aligned to a project’s north star.

    • You are looking for mentorship while also able to self-manage.

Logistics and Benefits:
